Brian Heim

Brian Heim has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Brian currently serves as the Chief Procurement Officer at SD Wheel, a position they assumed in January 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Supply Chain at SD Wheel from September 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining SD Wheel, Brian worked at Oshkosh Defense for five years, starting in 2015. Their role at Oshkosh Defense was Vice President of Quality, where they ensured the highest standards of quality throughout the organization.

Prior to their time at Oshkosh Defense, Brian held various positions at Pierce Manufacturing, Oshkosh Corporation, Oshkosh Corporation - Defense, and General Motors. These roles included Fire & Emergency - Vice President of Operations at Pierce Manufacturing, Director of Manufacturing and Director of Quality at Oshkosh Defense, and GPSC - Supplier Quality Manager at Oshkosh Corporation. Brian also served as a Supplier Quality Manager at Oshkosh Corporation - Defense and held roles as Quality Planner, Quality Launch Engineer, and Supervisor at General Motors.

Brian Heim attended West De Pere High School from 1990 to 1995, but did not earn a degree or major in a specific field of study during this time. Later, from 1995 to 2000, Brian pursued their Bachelor's degree at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and completed the program in Industrial Technology.
