Michael Wegener has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as Commodity Manager and Senior Buyer at SD Wheel since February 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing supply chain operations for house brands and developing new products. Prior experience encompasses roles as Buyer at Gulfstream Aerospace, handling purchase orders and bidding events; Key Account Manager at Urban Evolutions, managing customer relationships and bids; Account Manager/Procurement at F. Ziegler Enterprises, focusing on outsourcing services; and earlier positions in sales and customer service. Michael Wegener is an honorably discharged Combat Engineer from the Army National Guard and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
