Inge Servaes

Inge Servaes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR consulting and nuclear safety. Currently, Inge serves as a Managing Consultant for the Flex Income Plan at SD Worx, a position held since October 2000, where responsibilities include the implementation of the Flex Income Plan and the development of a supportive web tool. Prior to this role, Inge worked as a Senior HR Consultant in Reward, providing expertise in reward policy, job classification, salary benchmarking, and bonus plans. Earlier in the career, Inge was a Nuclear Safety Specialist at AVN from February 1992 to September 2000, overseeing the safety of nuclear installations in Belgium. Inge holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on chemistry from KU Leuven and further education from Vlerick Business School.
