Charles Deleon

Charles DeLeon is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in governmental contracting and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel at SD3IT since January 2023, DeLeon previously held the same position at Navanti Group for a decade, managing legal, contracts, and compliance matters in a fast-growing technology environment. Prior roles include Senior Director and Compliance Counsel at Triple Canopy, Senior Vice-President and General Counsel at GTSI Corp, and General Counsel at CyBiz, Inc. DeLeon’s career began in the US Army, where valuable experience as a Military Intelligence Officer and Intelligence Analyst laid the foundation for subsequent legal roles across various organizations, including PSINet and Electronic Data Systems. DeLeon holds a Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School and a degree in Political Science from George Mason University.
