Michael Downard

Michael Downard is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in Federal Government Sales, Business Development, and Capture efforts. Recently serving as Chief Business Strategy Officer and PMO Director at SD3IT from October 2024 to January 2025, Michael also has a long history as a Senior Consultant for Federal IT Business Development and Capture since June 1993. Prior to this, Michael was the Vice President of Business Development at Government Acquisitions, Inc. from January 1993 to August 2024, where responsibilities included project management and proposal writing, showcasing a diverse skill set in strategic initiatives and leadership. Michael is eager to assist companies in expanding their presence in the public sector as a new chapter unfolds.
