Susan van Holstein

Susan van Holstein is an enthusiastic HR specialist currently serving as Teamlead People at SDB. With a strong focus on start-ups, scale-ups, and innovative organizations, Susan has worked in various people and culture roles, including positions at VIE People, where they provided HR services tailored for growth stages in companies. Susan's prior experience includes founding HR Connected, a student association, and consulting in HR for multiple organizations such as Titan and Worth Internet Systems. They hold a degree in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Rotterdam and previously studied Hospitality Management at Mondriaan Internationaal Hotel & Management.
