Etienne REBIFFE

Etienne REBIFFE is an experienced professional in water management, having served as Chef de projet eau potable at Syndicat des Eaux et de l’Assainissement Alsace-Moselle from November 2022 to August 2020, focusing on the management of drinking water projects. Prior to this role, Etienne worked as Ingenieur chargé d'affaire at BEREST ILLKIRCH from August 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included conducting studies related to drinking water and sanitation in the Bas-Rhin region, as well as project implementation and regulatory documentation. Etienne holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in water and environmental engineering from ENGEES Ecole nationale du génie de l'eau et de l'environnement de Strasbourg, completed in 2020.
