Tom Scott is a mostly retired Senior Principal Geologist at SDII Global Corporation, where they have worked since 2009. They previously served as the Assistant State Geologist at the Florida Geological Survey from 1974 to 2009. Tom holds a PhD in Geology from Florida State University and has degrees from Eastern Kentucky University and the University of South Florida. Currently, they hold the title of Assistant State Geologist Emeritus in an unpaid intern capacity at the Florida Geological Survey.
