Jan S.

Jan S. is a board professional with extensive experience in M&A, finance, corporate governance, and asset management. They have served in various roles, including Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Investment Committee, across multiple companies such as Stillfront Group, SIBA Invest AB, and Resurs Holding AB. Jan co-founded Accent Equity Partners AB, where they acted as a Senior Partner, overseeing investments and strategic development for Nordic companies. They hold a Master of Laws from Stockholm University and a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Currently, Jan is involved with Max Matthiessen and Tigerholm Group, continuing to influence the landscape of asset management and corporate governance.
