Peter Helsing

Peter Helsing has over two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of M&A at Sdiptech since 2025. Previously, Peter held the role of Vice President M&A at Essity from 2017 to 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team for global acquisitions and divestitures, and contributing to the Finance Leadership Team. Prior to that, Peter had significant roles at SCA and KPMG Advisory, focusing on corporate finance and M&A transactions. Peter earned a Master's degree in Business and Administration from Örebro University and studied German/Finance at Freie Universität Berlin.
