Eric FLORES

Eric Flores is the Chief of the Fire Department at SDIS 34 in France, where they oversee fire safety operations. They previously served as Chief of the Fire Department at SDIS 12, managing 1,400 firefighters and 40 fire stations. With a background as a Human Resources Officer and Jurist Officer in various fire departments, Eric has extensive expertise in human resources, finance, and training. They also have a solid educational foundation with multiple master's degrees in finance and human resources from institutions such as the Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and Montpellier Management. Eric's work includes experience as a social advisor to the Civil Protection Director at the Ministry of Interior and expertise in flood assessment from their involvement in Niger from 2012 to 2013.
