Andy Goddard, TSSP, has extensive experience in the transportation sector, serving as the Director of Light Rail Vehicle Maintenance for San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) since 1997, where previous positions included Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of Light Rail Vehicle Maintenance, among others. Additionally, Andy Goddard has been an Associate Staff Instructor at the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Transportation Safety Institute since 2015. Academic pursuits include studies at the ENO Center for Transportation and the Transportation Safety Institute, focusing on Transit Safety and Security Program, Rail Transit, as well as ongoing education at San Diego State University, complemented by studies at Grossmont College and San Diego City College.
