Etta B. is a seasoned financial and maintenance analyst currently employed at the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) since January 2019, with a comprehensive background in analytical and reporting responsibilities spanning over five years, primarily in collaboration with government agencies. Previously, Etta B. held various roles at Customer Service Advantage, Inc., including Confidential Analyst III and Operations Supervisor, where successful project management led to enhanced customer satisfaction and the development of the company's first online training product. Earlier work experience includes positions at the City of Carlsbad, where Etta B. contributed to economic development initiatives, and leadership at the Commuter Activities Board at UC San Diego, which saw a significant increase in membership. Etta B. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego and a Certificate of Achievement in Business Management from MiraCosta College.
