Hillary Hanson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System since January 2017, Hillary previously held roles as a Human Resources Assistant II and worked at HNM Systems as a Recruiting and Delivery Coordinator, contributing to a multimillion-dollar international engineering firm. Prior experience includes criminal research at Accurate Background, where responsibilities involved processing public records for pre-employment screenings, and an internship at the National Family Justice Center Alliance focusing on domestic violence issues. Hillary began a career in customer service as a Key Holder at Reuse Jeans. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of San Diego and studied at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
