Larry Marinesi has a diverse work experience in financial and accounting roles. Larry started their career as an Accounting Manager at Peregrine Systems, where they managed the Professional Services Accounting vertical. Larry then worked as an Assistant Controller at GERS Retail Systems, overseeing the Accounting department. Larry joined San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they were responsible for all financial activities and provided direction to various departments within the organization. Overall, Larry has extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.
Larry Marinesi completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from San Diego State University, where they attended from 1993 to 1996. Larry later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at National University, which they completed from 2012 to 2013.
