Mark Casas has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as an Information System Security Engineer and System Administrator at the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System since September 2015. Responsibilities include maintaining and upgrading servers and application software, managing datacenter infrastructure, and assisting with network risk assessments using security tools. Previous positions include Support Analyst and Computer Support Specialist, where Mark provided technical support, implemented IT asset management solutions, and collaborated on various projects. Prior experience includes roles as a PC Technician at Arch Health Partners, an intern at the Port of San Diego, and self-employment as a computer technician. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
