Jared Basler is an ADU industry subject matter expert known as the Godfather of Granny Flats®, specializing in policy development, education, and design. Currently, Jared serves as the Owner of Basis Studio and the Director of Policy and Strategic Initiatives at Casita Coalition, while also acting as a Strategic Advisor for SDRE. Previously, Jared co-founded Maxable and has designed over 250 award-winning Accessory Dwelling Units. Jared holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design.
