Throughout their career, they have successfully led HR initiatives across various sectors, demonstrating expertise in compliance, recruitment, and workforce management. Currently, Robin serves as the Human Resource Director at SDS Rx, overseeing HR operations and compliance while driving strategic initiatives and employee development. Previously, they held HR leadership roles at several organizations, implementing impactful programs that improved performance and efficiency. In addition to their professional experience, Robin is pursuing further education, including Six Sigma Black Belt certification and certification as a Court Certified Mediator.
