What Makes SDTEK Different

SDTEK was founded in 2007 with a simple belief: businesses deserve IT support that actually works. Not "close the ticket and move on" support — the kind where someone picks up the phone, knows your name, and treats your problem like their own. Nearly 20 years later, that belief drives everything we do.

Our Mission

Proactively turn technology into measurable growth, reduced risk, and reclaimed time for every client we serve. We don't just keep the lights on — we make sure technology is actively working for your business, not against it.

Our Vision

To be the IT partner businesses trust so completely that they never think about IT again. When technology fades into the background and your team can focus entirely on what they do best — that's when we've done our job.

What This Looks Like in Practice

Every client relationship starts with our 90-day unconditional guarantee. If we don't earn your trust in the first three months, you walk — no penalties, no questions. We've made that promise since day one because we know the work speaks for itself.

Our team is entirely U.S.-based across San Diego and Fort Wayne. When you call, you reach someone who already knows your environment, your people, and your priorities. We're not a faceless helpdesk — we're an extension of your team.

We're also a small, tight-knit crew. Our longest-tenured technician has been with us for over seven years. Our support lead is the kind of person clients request by name. That kind of loyalty and consistency doesn't happen by accident — it comes from building a culture where people actually want to show up and do great work.

Why It Matters

Most MSPs sell the same bullet points: monitoring, patching, security. What they can't sell is a team that genuinely cares. We built SDTEK to be the company we'd want to hire ourselves — responsive, honest, proactive, and always in your corner.

That's not a tagline. That's how we operate every single day.
