John Buissink

John Buissink is a versatile professional currently serving as the head of the Centrum voor de Kunsten at De Meldij since 2014, where they have been involved in integrating the organization into the theater de Lawei and implementing the PEP program. Additionally, John has held various leadership roles, including project leader for Active Aging and editorial head for HR Overheid, while actively participating on boards for multiple organizations. John’s background includes significant experience in strategy and project management with the Vereniging Nederlandse Gemeenten from 1988 to 2005 and serving as an external advisor to municipalities at arbo unie from 2006 to 2010. They hold a degree in Social Sciences from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, earned in 1985.
