Anna Potrafke has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they worked as an Apple Sales Professional at Joseph Computer + Service, where they advised and aided customers with purchase decisions, as well as process service cases of malfunctioning technologies. Anna also trained and familiarized customers in the usage of their newly acquired technology. In 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Chemistry Department of Hillsdale College, where they analyzed the fluorescence behavior of tetracycline using fluorescence spectrometry and High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Anna developed the experimental set up and procedure and successfully analyzed and interpreted the collected data. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at BASIS.ed, where they were a Science Department Mentor, Speech & Debate Coach, and Subject Matter Expert for Chemistry. In 2020, they worked as a Junior Controller at Curator AG, NL Mönchengladbach. Currently, they are a Senior Manager of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at Sdui, where they are helping to build the operating system for modern education and simplify communication and organization to connect people and to make learning more effective and accessible worldwide.

Anna Potrafke obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry Major with Business Administration Minor from Hillsdale College in 2014. Anna then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Grand Canyon University, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in 2021: Scrum – Grundlagen and Scrum-Grundlagen: Der Product Owner.
