Norbert Nicolay

Norbert Nicolay has extensive work experience in the field of software development and architecture. Norbert started their career at the University of Cologne as a Software Engineer and System Administrator from 1990 to 1997. Norbert then joined EMP Planungsgesellschaft für Prozeßautomation mbH as a System Analyst and Software Architect from 1997 to 2006. Following this, they worked as a Self-employed Software Developer from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they joined ICS International AG as a Software Architect until 2012. Currently, they are working as the Chief Expert at SDX AG since February 2013.

Norbert Nicolay completed their Abitur degree from Erich-Kästner-Gymnasium Kön-Niehl between 1972 and 1982. Norbert then went on to pursue a Diplom degree in Physics from the University of Cologne, which they completed between 1983 and 1990.
