Tom Vairo

Tom Vairo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client management and sales across various industries. From January 1998 to May 2007, Tom served as the Advisory Support Desk Manager and Internal Wholesaler at Jefferson National Life Insurance/Conseco Insurance Group, focusing on the development of variable annuity sales through broker/dealer channels. Following this role, Tom worked at Schneider Electric Sustainability Business from May 2007 to April 2019, first as a Client Manager and later as the Director of Client Management, where Tom provided leadership to Fortune 1000 companies on sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives. Earlier in Tom's career, from January 1996 to January 1998, Tom was the District Manager at ADP, responsible for payroll product sales in the Southeastern region.
