James Cherney P.e.

James Cherney, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer with a focus on municipal utilities and site development. Currently serving as Office Manager at SE3 since November 2016, James manages a team of approximately 15 professionals and has extensive experience in project engineering, particularly in water main design, sanitary sewer systems, and site development. Prior roles include Senior Project Engineer at BHC RHODES and Aerotek, as well as various positions at TapanAm Associates, McClure Engineering Company, Lovelace & Associates, and URS Corporation. James holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa.
