Currently serving as a Right-of-Way Agent at SE3 since August 2021, Stephanie engages in easement negotiations and land title research for utility companies in Illinois and Missouri. In addition, as a certified Life Coach since January 2021, Stephanie helps individuals achieve personal growth. Stephanie's previous roles include Consultant at Stephanie Brown Consulting, focusing on strategic projects and business development, and Executive Director of the Illinois Forestry Association, where leadership facilitated organizational growth. Furthermore, experience as the Ag, Energy, & Natural Resources Liaison for the Connect SI Foundation and the RC&D Coordinator for the USDA highlights skills in community development and conservation efforts. Stephanie's career began at the University of Illinois, culminating in a robust educational background with a B.S. and M.S. in Forest Science and Resource Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Mr. Stewart’s goal was to set his company apart from other consulting agencies and civil engineering firms by providing the highest quality people to serve his clients. Vernal had a firm belief in people, and that people - more than anything else - build successful projects and lives. Following the successful launch of the company in 2004 and winning our first project later that year, we quickly expanded to other Midwest cities, opening offices in Illinois in 2005 and in Texas in 2007. Over the initial five years of the company’s history, we primarily provided services in the highly specialized area of Program Management - with great success - to the Tollway Agencies in Illinois and Texas.
