William Lorton

William Lorton is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in traffic and project engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and Staff Engineer at SE3 since October 2021, William previously held the position of Traffic Engineer for the Village of Downers Grove from August 2016 to October 2021, where barrier warrant analyses for tollway projects were performed. William's career began with roles such as Assistant Project Manager at Aldridge Electric and Graduate Research Assistant at Bradley University, focusing on safety and operations evaluations. Educated at Bradley University, William earned a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Transportation, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Early experiences include various roles in customer service and as a student worker, building a strong foundation in time management and multitasking skills.
