David Chamizo

David Chamizo is a skilled Coastal/Ocean Engineer with extensive experience in project management and coastal engineering design. They held positions at PRDW Consulting as a Senior Coastal Engineer and at BMT as a Senior Engineer, where they focused on maintenance dredging and coastal erosion management. David also served as a Coastal Engineer with the Department of Transport in Western Australia, managing adaptation grants and coastal hazard risk planning. Currently, they work as a Principal Engineer at SEA Global, specializing in detailed design for seabed interventions related to Woodside's Scarborough LNG Development. David obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Ocean Science Engineering with 2nd Class Honours from The University of Western Australia.
