We run wood-fired saunas and cold plunge experiences across Margate Beach, Whitstable Harbour, and Macknade in Faversham, with our flagship Folkestone site launching soon as The UK's Largest Beach Spa.

Founded by cousins Luke and Robin, who grew up on these shores before life took them across South America, Asia, and Europe, Sea Scrub was born on the Norwegian fjords. Icy swims and homemade floating saunas sparked the idea: blend the Scandinavian traditions they fell in love with (think Aufguss rituals, birch whisking, and the concept of friluftsliv) with the unpredictable British seaside charm they grew up with. Rain, wind, frost? That's not bad weather, that's premium sauna weather.
This isn't about luxury wellness or spa-day aesthetics. It's about genuine contrast therapy that works, community that matters, and the kind of experience that pulls you right out of your daily grind.
