Alan L. has a diverse background in strategic procurement, focusing on third-party risk and anti-bribery and corruption risk. They served in the Singapore Armed Forces as a Parachute Rigger Inspector from 1998 to 2000 before moving to the Singapore Police Force, where they held various roles until 2005, including Patrol Crew Commander and Air Marshal.
