Darren Foo

Darren Foo is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions and financial transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in both Finance Transformation and Group M&A at Sea since February 2022, Darren previously worked as an Associate in M&A Deals Advisory at PwC Singapore from October 2020 to February 2022. Prior experience includes an Audit Assurance role at Nexia TS in the summer of 2019 and a successful stint as a Sales Executive at CarTimes Group, where Darren sold 15 cars in four months. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of London, completed between 2017 and 2020.
