Debbie Lee

Debbie Lee, an IHRP-CA certified professional, currently serves as a Senior Associate in Talent Engagement at Sea since December 2021, having previously held the position of Associate in the same department. Prior experience includes working as a Strategic Communications Executive at Wachsman and as a Client Coordinator at PRecious Communications. Debbie has also held various roles at the Harvard College in Asia Program, including Events Director and Events Executive, and contributed as a Research Assistant at Singapore Management University, assisting in studies related to fake news detection and workplace sexual harassment. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Corporate Communication from Singapore Management University and further education at Lund University, Debbie has built a diverse background in communications and research.
