Jason Bay

Jason Bay is an experienced professional currently serving as a Technology Advisory Panel Member at Stroke Support Station and a School Advisory Committee Member at Yishun Town Secondary School, alongside a role as a Senior Research Fellow (Adjunct) at Saw Swee Hock School Of Public Health. As the Director in the COO's Office for Sea, Jason oversees operations in Vietnam and corporate IT. From July 2019 to February 2022, Jason held the position of Senior Director for Government Digital Services at GovTech Singapore, where responsibilities included managing a large development team and leading the creation of the TraceTogether contact tracing app. Prior experience includes several strategic roles at the Ministry of Communications and Information, including Director positions in Economic Regulation and International Strategy. Educational background features a Sloan Fellowship and Fulbright Scholarship at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, as well as degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
