Jerold Ng

Jerold Ng is a seasoned leader in strategic management and resource planning with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Director of the Group COO Office at Sea since February 2021, Jerold oversees strategic and special projects within the Co-Founder’s office. Prior to this role, Jerold held significant positions at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore, where responsibilities included managing resources for various critical agencies and ensuring preparedness against emerging security threats. Additional expertise was gained through roles in the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of National Development, and Ministry of Finance, focusing on tourism development, housing market stability, and electronic payment strategies, respectively. Jerold's academic credentials include MBA degrees from UCLA Anderson School of Management and NUS Business School, as well as a B.A. in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
