Lingyan B. has extensive experience in the legal field, beginning as an intern at 普衡律师事务所 in 2014, where focus areas included FCPA, M&A, and FDI. From March 2015 to March 2021, Lingyan served as an Associate and Legal Consultant at Kirkland & Ellis, specializing in general corporate matters including IPOs, compliance for listed companies, and internal investigations. Since April 2021, Lingyan has been functioning as Legal Counsel at Sea, providing legal support in the game, digital finance, and e-commerce sectors, with responsibilities encompassing commercial contracts, business compliance, and M&A. Lingyan holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University School of Law and two degrees from Renmin University of China, including a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in International Economic Law.
