Nigel Tey

Nigel Tey is an experienced professional in the field of people engagement and recruitment, currently serving in the People Strategy team at Sea since February 2025. Previously, Nigel worked at Shopee from May 2021 to February 2025, where responsibilities included curating and evaluating employee engagement initiatives and assisting in the recruitment of active and passive candidates. Prior experience includes roles as a Guest Services Associate and Concierge Intern at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, as well as an internship in Human Resources at Senoko Energy focused on Learning & Development and administrative services. Nigel holds a Diploma in Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management from Singapore Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University.
