Pine Kyaw

Pine Kyaw is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in eCommerce and management consulting. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Latam at Sea since 2016, Pine has played pivotal roles as Executive Director for Shopee in Brazil and Vietnam, leading market expansions in the mobile eCommerce sector. Prior professional experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on financial institutions and the TMT sector, and co-founding Books To Read, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to books in developing nations. Pine's background also includes a summer associate role at Nomura International, where insights into investment opportunities and financial analyses were provided, and consultancy at Accenture, emphasizing growth strategies across Asia. Pine holds an MBA in finance and economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a first-class honors degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
