Ryan Foo

Ryan Foo currently serves in the People Strategy and Leadership department at Sea, where involvement began in August 2021. Prior experience includes HR Advisory roles at Kincentric from July 2019 to July 2021, with a focus on culture, employee engagement, and leadership development, following a tenure at Aon in Talent, Rewards & Performance from August 2017 to July 2019. Ryan Foo also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at Singapore Management University in early 2017 and held internships in Human Resources at The Body Shop and in the Talent team at Aon Hewitt. Education was completed at Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology.
