Senly Mega currently serves in the COO Office at Sea since September 2021 and holds the position of Deputy Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Department at Asosiasi E-Commerce Indonesia (idEA) since December 2024. Previous experience includes a role in Public Policy & Government Relations at Shopee from October 2020 to September 2021, and serving as Technical Assistant Director General for Disadvantaged Areas Development at Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia from October 2017 to October 2020. Additionally, Senly was involved with the Special Region and Disadvantaged Region Department at BAPPENAS for a brief tenure in early 2015. Senly Mega holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Development Study from Universitas Padjadjaran, completed in 2016.
