Taige Wang

Taige Wang has a robust engineering background with extensive experience in software development, data analysis, and deep learning applications. Currently serving as an Engineer at Sea since July 2020, Taige previously held positions as a Software Engineer Intern at SenseTime, where responsibilities included converting Python scripts and developing applications for face detection and licensing. A Data Analyst in Regional Business Intelligence at Shopee, Taige created an automated data alert system to identify anomalies. Additionally, contributions to the EEE Design and Innovation Project at Nanyang Technological University included being a team lead, which resulted in the project, Check'N Go, winning second place in a competition. Prior internship experience at Panasonic involved deep learning and computer vision tasks such as object detection and face recognition. Taige holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, complemented by a summer school experience at UCLA.
