Pascal Mittermaier

Pascal Mittermaier is a business, sustainability, and conservation leader with extensive experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Board Advisor and Entrepreneur In Residence at SeaAhead, Pascal coaches and mentors new founders in ocean-focused ventures. They previously held prominent positions, including Head of Sustainability for Europe at Lend Lease and Global Managing Director for Cities at The Nature Conservancy, where they worked on initiatives to improve urban resource management. Pascal also contributed to various boards, including the Ocean Wise and TEDX, and holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and De Montfort University.
