Stuart Williams

Stuart Williams has a robust maritime career, currently serving as Chief Officer at Seabulk since July 2017, with experience aboard vessels such as Torm Thunder, ATB Sea Power, and ATB Galveston. Prior to this role, Stuart held positions as 2nd Officer on Seabulk Trader, Seabulk Challenge, and Seabulk Arctic. Experience with U.S. Shipping includes the role of 3rd Officer on MT Charleston, MT Houston, SS Chemical Pioneer, and ATB Galveston from April 2014 to September 2017. Stuart began the maritime journey as a Deck Cadet with Military Sealift Command in early 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from State University of New York Maritime College, earned between 2009 and 2012, and graduation from Archbishop Spalding High School in 2005.
