John Vadon is currently the Directeur d'exploitation at SEAC, a role they have held since 2016. Previously, they served as Chef d'atelier moulage at ALKERN from 2013 to 2016 and have extensive experience in the béton industry, including positions as Chef de centrale à béton and Responsable d’exploitation at several companies between 1999 and 2013. John Vadon holds multiple degrees in mechanical engineering and industrial product design, including a B.T.S in Conception de Produits Industriels from Lycée Gaston Crampe.
