Sellai kamel

Sellai Kamel is an Assistant Director General at SEACO, a position held since 2016, where they oversee various operational responsibilities including budgeting, staff management, and quality control. Previously, they served as Directeur de la Clientèle at Société Eau et Assainissement Constantine from 1995 to 2016 and have been in the industry since 2008 with SEACO. Sellai earned a DES in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a focus on Biochemistry from Université Mentouri de Constantine in 1993 and continues to engage in related studies there.
