Carmille Lim is a strategic operations leader with over 15 years of experience driving organizational scale and operational effectiveness. They served as the Executive Director of Common Cause Hawaii from 2013 to 2016, and from 2018 to the present, Carmille has been the Principal Consultant at Brooks Pacific Consulting, providing management and communication services to nonprofits and mission-driven businesses. They held the role of Vice President and Managing Director at the Pacific Council on International Policy from 2020 to 2022 and currently serve as the Director of Operations at the Southeast Asian Development Center, aligning the organization’s activities with its vision and strategic plan. Carmille is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and a Minor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is also working towards a Master of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
