James Price

James began his software career designing web applications for government contractors in the United States. He founded Seadev to bring international standard technology consulting and outsourcing to Vietnam and to help integrate the developing world into the global economy. James graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Integrated Science and Technology, focusing on Information Knowledge Management.
