Amy Wiseman

Amy Wiseman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the maritime sector. Currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor - Operations at Seadrill since November 2015, Amy has progressed through various HR roles within the company. Prior experience includes training as a Navigation Officer Cadet at Conway Merchant Navy Trust from September 2009 to August 2013, where maritime operations and navigation skills were developed. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management (CIPD Level 7) from Liverpool John Moores University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science from the same institution (2009-2013). Early education was completed at Wirral Grammar School For Girls (2003-2009).
