Jeff Conaway

Jeff Conaway has extensive experience in quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as the Global Quality, Process Safety and Systems Manager at Seadrill since September 2007. In this role, Jeff oversees global HSE, quality, and process safety systems for offshore drilling operations, focusing on compliance with international standards. Previous positions at Seadrill include managing safety and quality programs, directing HSE support during drillship transitions, and developing COVID-19 plans for rig operations. Jeff also has a background in coaching and training teams for safety excellence and has worked with various international operations in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Seadrill, Jeff held positions at Transocean and served in the US Navy. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown.
