Michael Moore

Michael Moore is an experienced corporate maintenance management professional with a strong background in maintaining and optimizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for the maritime industry. Currently serving as Corporate Maintenance Manager at Seadrill since September 2014, Michael oversees the management of the Maximo CMMS for a global fleet of mobile offshore drilling units. Previous roles at Seadrill include Maintenance Support Engineer and Project Planner, where project execution was consistently completed ahead of schedule. Prior experience at Transocean involved leading a global maintenance systems support team, as well as developing maintenance strategies for critical systems. Michael's military background as Operations and Maintenance Supervisor in the US Navy includes supervising maintenance operations for heavy-lift hovercrafts, achieving high operational uptime. Michael's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lamar University and an Associate's Degree in Supervision and Management from Coastline College.
