Shane Patterson

Shane Patterson possesses extensive experience in marine engineering and mechanical maintenance, currently serving as a 2nd A/E ERO STCW III/1 Officer in Charge of Engineering Watch at Seadrill since March 2020. Prior roles at Seadrill include 3rd Assistant Engineer and Qmed, while experience at Noble Drilling as a Mechanic involved work on advanced drilling equipment and maintenance programs. Earlier in the career, Shane served as a Motorman with Frontier Drilling USA, Inc., and began as a roustabout, with a solid foundation in mechanics gained from Riverfalls Machinery Sales. Shane's educational background includes a high school diploma from Straughn High School and further studies at LBW Jr College.
