Sihen Aroni

Sihen Aroni is a seasoned marine engineer with extensive experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment on board various drillships and bulk carriers. Currently serving as a 2nd Engineer on the 6th Generation Ultra Deepwater Drillship DP3, West Capella at Seadrill since September 2024, Sihen has held similar roles with Vantage Drilling and Seadrill since 2014. Sihen's career includes positions in companies such as Oldendorff Carriers GmbH & Co. KG, Shoei Kisen Kaisha, Transocean, and others, showcasing a solid background in marine engineering. Sihen holds a Master of Engineering degree from Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya and relevant marine engineering certifications from STIP Jakarta and Akpelni Semarang.
